A single-surface, solvent and synthetic elastomer based yellow adhesive suitable for bonding foam, wood, metal and felt in furniture and mattress production.
Po-Max 7009 is a single-surface, synthetic rubber and solvent based yellow adhesive. It is applied as a thin film with a spray gun (1.8 mm nozzle); after a short flash-off time for the solvent to evaporate, the surfaces to be joined must be bonded within 3 minutes. It is used in the furniture, spring mattress, packaging, printing and office furniture industries for bonding materials such as wood parts, metal surfaces, foam fabrics and felt. It is described as "non-flammable" in its technical data sheet. The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and tightly closed.
PO-MAX is applied as a thin film to single or double surfaces with a spray gun (1.8-2-2.5-3 mm nozzle) at 3-4 bar air pressure. Bonding is achieved within 0-3 minutes after application.
